During the meeting, the officials discussed bilateral relations of the two countries, as well as current issues in the field of home affairs, including the latest developments along border with Belarus. The Minister expressed her appreciation for U.S. contribution to strengthening security in Latvia, and both sides outlined new opportunities for future cooperation.
