On Wednesday, 22 March, the Minister for the Interior, Māris Kučinskis, met with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Finland to the Republic of Latvia, Mrs Anne Saloranta, in Riga.
During the meeting the sides discussed bilateral cooperation perspectives in the field of home affairs, especially exchange of experience in border security issues.
Both parties expressed satisfaction with the level of cooperation so far and agreed to promote its development in the future.
