Thursday, Aug. 6 at 10.00 - 14.00 The Ministry of the Interior hosted a Blood Donor Day, which was attended by employees of the Ministry of the Interior and its subordinate institutions. Despite the fact that many employees are on vacation and also taking into account the current situation, 33 employees had come to Donor Day, 28 of whom were able to donate blood.
In total, 12.6 l of blood was donated. Thanks to the support provided by the staff of the Ministry of the Interior, according to the estimates of the State Blood Donor Center, it will be possible to provide assistance to 84 people. The call for blood donation was responded to by employees of both the Ministry of the Interior and other institutions in the field of home affairs, who are regular and active supporters of the donor movement. Blood donor days at the Ministry of the Interior take place several times a year. The National Blood Donor Center expresses its gratitude to every employee in the home affairs sector who supports the blood donor movement.
